Now this was a fun cake...a friend of mine that is a district manager for Waffle house asked me to do a waffle cake for one of her employees. I found one on the glass slipper bakery's page and did my best to model after it. I think it turned out really cute. It is a 9 inch square white cake covered in marshmallow fondant. I also used the fondant to make the butter.
