Armitage

This is a four tier white almond cake with almond buttercream icing. Decorations consist of silver floral piping, fondant buttons, fresh flowers, wide purple ribbon, and a vintage frame topper. The construction of this cake was a blend of stacked tiers and tiers separated by inserts wrapped in cream colored ribbon.

This is a white cake with butter cream icing and fondant decorations. the animals and hay are made from a fondant/gumpaste mix.

Spongebob

This is white cake with butter cream icing and fondant decorations. Spongebob, the motorcycle, and the "Ethan" sign are made from a fondant/gumpaste mix.

This cake was made for a Sweet 16 party that was held on October 31. The bottom tier is strawberry cake and the top tier is chocolate.

I made these cakes for a friend's birthday. One is a Boston creme pie. The other is a chocolate cake with a chocolate custard filling and a chocolate glaze surrounded by chocolate hazelnut pirouettes.

I made this cake for a little boy's first birthday. Both the big cake and and the "1" smash cake are white cake with butter cream icing. All of the farm animals and letters are made from fondant. This cake will feed about 40 people. I love the way this one turned out and it was so much fun.

Michael Jackson Cake

This cake was made for a 9 year old boy who really likes Michael Jackson. It is a 9X13 chocolate sheet cake with butter cream icing. I used and edible image and made the hat and glove from fondant.

This wedding cake was done for a couple that had a beach wedding. It will feed about 60 people (not counting the top tier). This is a white cake with butter cream icing and I made the shells from candy.

Sneaker Cake

I did this high top tennis shoe cake for a teenage girl's birthday. The shoebox and sneaker are made with yellow butter cake and covered in butter cream icing and fondant. This was another fun new challenge. They were very happy with how it turned out.

Edible Character

This was my first ever edible character. She is made from fondant. I love the way her little feet turned out. You can see her finished and on the cake in the post below.
