Princess cakes are very popular. This cake was for a first birthday. The cake is yellow butter cake with buttercream icing. The bottom tier is a ten inch round and the top tier is a six inch round. The smash cake is a six inch hexagon. I made the tiara with white candy melts and hard candy and the wand is made with purple candy melts. This cake will feed about 50 people.
